Do you have parking?
We do not offer parking spaces. It’s most convenient getting us by taxi. Parking options on the the Sas street and surrounding streets, or in the paid underground parking lot of St Stephen’s square (150m) or in the Bank Center’s Building (100m)
Where can I reserve a table?
To make a reservation, please use our online booking system in Hungarian or English.
Can I make a reservation for a group larger?
We welcome group of friends, business clients to our restaurant. You can book through our website for party sizes of up to 15. Guests can choose from our a-la carte menu, but if you need a shortened or customised menu, please send an email at info@primesteakhouse.hu to offer a personalized menu for the group.
Do you have a private room?
We do not have a private room, but we have more sections so we are able to reserve a section for your group of 15-40. We hosting a private event up to 100 guests.
Does the restaurant have a terrace?
The terrace is open from Spring to Autumn. If the weather permits, we love to serve you on the terrace.
Is the restaurant is wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately our restaurant (including restrooms) is not equipped for guests with special needs, but we welcome the guests with wheelchairs. There are 3 steps in front entrance, if you need any attendance, please let us know, when you make a booking, and our staff is happy to assist you to getting in, and accommodate at a suitable table.
Is the Prime Steak & Wine kids friendly?
We offer a high-quality gastronomic experience, and our guests appreciate to enjoy a wonderful evening with good steaks, nice wines and great company. Expect the dinner to last up to 2-3 hours, the length can be too boring for the small children. If you arrive with small children, please ensure that they refrain from shouting, listening loud movies on phone or tablet which may disturb other guests.
Pets are allowed inside the restaurant?
Socialized and trained pets are welcome, but please place them underneath the tables instead of chairs and sofas.
Is there any time limit for staying?
The table will be reserved for the next specific hours starting from the confirmed booking time:

- 3-4 guests 2.45min
- from 5 guests 3h
If you would like to stay longer, please indicate this, at the “Notes to the restaurant” section during the booking process, but we can only provide it, depending on the occupancy.
Where can I find the allergen guide?
To find the allergens please scan the QR code on the cover of the Menu, on the spot, and indicate to a team member about any specific dietary requests during your visit. Our chefs will do their best to accommodate you.
Do you offer anything for birthday or special occasions?
We don’t offer complimentary items for birthdays, but the selected dessert from our menu we’ll personalize the plate with “Happy Birthday” and it will be served with fireworks, Happy Birthday song. We offer our guests celebrating their anniversary a glass of champagne.
We warmly welcome you to bring a cake to our restaurant to be served by our staff. The serving cost is 1.000.-HUF/person, but minimum cost of 5.000 HUF/cake. Please do not forget to bring and give to the staff the invoice or delivery note about the cake. If you bring a cake please place the candles or fireworks, in the cake box.
How can I use the FREE taxi RIDE HOME service?
After the dinner enjoy a comfortable journey home with the Door to Door Free Taxi Ride Home. The promotion is available on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, includes one trip per table from the restaurant to your home/property within a radius of 10 km of the restaurant, if the table meets the minimum HUF 100.000 net spending threshold. Please mark your request under the extra services during the reservation proccess. (The specified spending threshold may different in the case of events)
What is the dress code?
There is no strict dress code, but we will be grateful if you arrive in attire appropriate to the place and occasion, instead of wearing jogging, tracksuits, flip-flops, gym clothes.
Can I purchase a Gift Card?
We offer both physical and online Gift Cards for purchase.
The elegant, gold-colored plastic Gift Card is available in any monetary amount of your choice.
Gift Cards can be purchased in person at our restaurant during opening hours or online through our website.
The gift card is like a bankcard, simple to redeem—just give it after dining to the staff.
Terms and Conditions
In case of consumption of a value less than the amount on the gift card, the difference will not be refunded in cash, the remaining amount can be used within the expiration date.
In case of consumption of a larger amount, the difference between the invoice amount and the amount on the gift card can be paid with cash or a bank card. The gift card can be used for 6 months from the date of issue. After the expiration date, it becomes invalid and cannot be extended.
Service charge automatically applied to the bill?
In accordance with Hungarian laws, we include a 15% service charge, as the staff salary, it’s ensures that all of our employees are paid a fair wage.
Is there a policy on gratuity?
If you were satisfied with the service, tipping to the waiter is your decision, it’s completely voluntary, but always appreciated.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cas of HUF, USD, EUR, and major credit cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX. Unfortunately we do not accept Szép Card.
