Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) apply to online gift card purchases made through the website operated by Prime Belváros Kft.:

The contract is concluded between the Service Provider and the Buyer.

2. Scope of the GTC

This GTC applies to the online ordering and payment of gift cards available on the Service Provider’s website.
The GTC is binding on all Buyers, and by starting the purchase process, the Buyer accepts its content.

3. Ordering Process

  1. The Buyer selects the value and quantity of the gift card on the order form (Gravity Forms) available on the website.

  2. Payment is made by bank card through the Stripe secure payment system.

  3. The system automatically sends a confirmation email once the payment is successful.

  4. The purchase is followed by the automatic issuance of an electronic invoice through the Számlázz.hu system, which is sent to the provided email address.

  5. The gift card can be collected in person at the restaurant or delivered by post to the address specified by the Buyer.

During the ordering process, the Buyer must provide accurate information. The Service Provider is not responsible for any damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the Buyer.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is processed through the Stripe system, which complies with the highest security standards.
Accepted payment methods:

  • Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro)

  • Online payment via Stripe

After the payment has been completed, the Service Provider automatically sends an order confirmation email.

5. Invoicing

The Service Provider automatically issues an electronic invoice through the Számlázz.hu API, which is sent to the Buyer’s email address provided during the purchase.

The invoice will contain the following description:
“Gift Card Purchase”

The invoice is issued by:

6. Delivery and Collection

The gift card can be collected in the following ways:

  1. Personal collection: during the restaurant’s opening hours at Prime Steak & Wine restaurant.

  2. Postal delivery: If the Buyer requests postal delivery, the gift card will be mailed shortly after payment to the address provided.

7. Terms of Gift Card Use

If the value of the purchase is less than the amount on the gift card, the difference will not be refunded in cash. The remaining balance can be used within the validity period. If the total consumption exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference can be paid in cash or by bank card. The gift card is valid for 6 months. After the expiration date, it becomes invalid, and the validity period cannot be extended.

8. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer is not entitled to withdraw from the purchase of the gift card, as the product qualifies as a digital or non-personalized service under Section 29 (1) (m) of Government Decree No. 45/2014 (II.26.).

The Service Provider will investigate and respond to complaints within 5 business days.

10. Data Protection

The Service Provider uses personal data provided during the purchase process solely for order fulfillment, invoicing, and communication.
Details of data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to third parties, except for the invoicing (Számlázz.hu) and payment service providers (Stripe) to facilitate the transaction.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider shall not be liable for:

  • incorrect information provided by the Buyer,

  • delivery failures caused by the Buyer,

  • or delays resulting from force majeure events.

12. Final Provisions

  • These GTC are effective from November 15, 2025, until revoked.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the GTC at any time.

  • By initiating the purchase, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the contents of this GTC.
